Are you ready to take your facilitation skills to the next level? Victoria Johnson offers certified Train-the-Trainer programs for individuals and professionals who want to teach Personality Dimensions® Level 1 and integrate it into their work.
Whether you’re an HR professional, coach, educator, or team leader, this certification equips you to lead engaging and effective Personality Dimensions® introductory and application sessions.

Our Approach
Why Train with Victoria?
In 2017, when Victoria Johnson first became a Level I Personality Dimensions® facilitator, it was a life changing experience. The training gave her a deeper understanding of her own temperament and helped her communicate more clearly, listen more effectively, and navigate both personal and professional relationships with greater compassion. What began as a journey of self-discovery quickly became a meaningful way to support others. Sharing the Personality Dimensions® framework with clients, teams, and workshop participants allowed Victoria to create positive change in the lives of others while also building a financially rewarding and sustainable stream of income. Becoming a facilitator was not only a turning point in her career but also a lasting source of personal growth and impact. Now she trains others to do the same.

2025 Registration Form
Online Level 1 Personality Dimensions Certification Training
Fees include training materials and follow-up coaching and support.
- Sept 15–18 (Mon–Thu)
- Oct 16–19 (Thu–Sun)
- Dec 2–5 (Tue–Fri)
Training hours are set based on attendee availability, likely in the mornings (MT): 4 hours of Zoom plus 1.5 hours of assignments daily.
Enrollment is limited to six trainees per session. One-on-one training is available. Corporate trainings and retreats are available; please contact us for more information.
Once we receive your form, we will review it and contact you within 24 hours to ensure we are a good match for training and that suitable times can be arranged based on your time zone. After this step, an invoice will be sent that can be paid by credit card, company cheque, EFT, or e-transfer.
Cancellation Policy: A 50% fee will be charged if the registrant cancels within 14 days or the training, and 25% within 30 days. Fees may be waived if the registrant reschedules. The trainer will refund all fees if the session is cancelled by the trainer and suitable dates cannot be arranged for rescheduling.
All tuition is subject to GST (Canadian residents). All others are tax-exempt.
